Vetrari — Return & Refund Policy

At Vetrari, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1) Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition you received them,
  • With tags attached, and in the original packaging,
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@vetrari.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

3) Return Instructions & Labels

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
If the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return label. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4) Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@vetrari.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the case and make it right.

5) Non-returnable Items (Exceptions)

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants),
  • Custom or made-to-order items,
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products),
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,
  • Gift cards and final-sale/clearance items.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email support@vetrari.com before sending your return.

6) Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

7) EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in the same unused condition, with tags and original packaging, and include a proof of purchase.

8) Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@vetrari.com.
